Hi, @Georgenet,
We can answer this for you. A prepaid phone will have to have had paid service with us for six months before it's eligible to be unlocked.
Have a great week!

Hello @Georgenet, allow us to lend a helping hand! Our recommendation would be to put AT&T service on the device whenever possible. Once you've had six months of service on the device then you will be able to submit another unlock request. Thanks for reaching out to us.

@Georgenet Sell the phone to someone going to the USA. It cannot be unlocked until it’s been used for 6 full continuous months on prepaid.

@Georgenet Did you ever resolve this issue? We had problems unlocking from their Network. Even though they gave us an unlock code. It never worked. But they got our money under false pretense -- we paid the 6 months, even though we were only in states for 2 of those months.
