Unlock was approved, but I haven't received a network unlock code

I'm having a hard time getting my Samsung Galaxy S5 unlocked.

 

Three or four days ago my famliy and I put in requests for our phones to be unlocked. After roughly 24 hours the requests were approved and we headed to a different carrier, but after putting the new SIM card in my phone and restarting, it prompted for a network unlock code. I searched through all of the emails from AT&T, but couldn't find the code. The other two phones that were unlocked were iPhones and had no trouble being switched over. What's the best way to go about getting the code? I have tried talking on the phone with a representative, but they didn't know how to get the code and just put in another request for it to be unlocked.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!

Good morning and welcome to the Community Forums! Getting approved on all 3 unlocks but only having two go through can definitely be concerning. I will be more than happy to help you get the unlock code!

 

When we approve unlocks, normally the code is in an e-mail we send. Apple devices are usually easier to do since they do not need a unlock code. I will be private messaging you to get some additional information to resolve this as soon as possible for you. Please be on the lookout in your inbox for it.
