Unlock Samsung bought from ATT
I submitted a request to unlock my phone via your /deviceunlock portal. Request was denied because I have to use the UNLOCK app on my device??? Where is this application located, pretty please? I have a Samsung A15 G5, bought from ATT. I believe I meet all the eligibility requirements to unlock my phone. Your prompt response is kindly appreciated.

Please let us know if you have a prepaid device since AT&T Prepaid devices are preloaded AT&T Device Unlock App. When an unlock request from the app is denied, the results screen displays: Device Unlock Failed.
