Unlock phone loop.

I have requested my phone unlocked through the website. https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/unlockstep1 After following the instructions, they sent me a email to verify the request. The Email response had a 24 hour time limit and i was not able to respond in the 24 hours.

 

When I checked that status it states to submit a new request. when make a new request it will NOT  let me submit the request because there is a pending request. 

 

so I am stuck in a loop. I cant submitted a new request but the only way to complete the request is to submitting a new request.

 

Please tell me how to break the loop?

I also have same problem. the request is never expired.

I'm waiting for about three month but it never expired.

How can I break the loop and I can submit new request?

I eventually call ATT customer service and had them reset it.  DO not wait, just call them.
