Unlock Note 4

I am trying to open an unlock request for my Note4, which is not under contract. But I am getting an error -

Error: We found no record of the IMEI Number you entered. Check your device's 15-digit IMEI Number by dialing *#06# (errorCode.ULP2003)

 

Pls help me

If your phone was not activated on AT&T the IMED number would not be in the system.
This can also happen with replacement phones.
Please review unlock requirements in the unlock portal.

I have the same issue, I get

Error: We found no record of the IMEI Number you entered. Check your device's 15-digit IMEI Number by dialing *#06# (errorCode.ULP2003)It is an AT&T Note 4 but must have never been activated with them. How can I get this unlocked?

I had the same issue because I was trying to unlock it immediately after purchasing the phone outright. If this is the case, you need to wait at least 14 days to put in the request through the website. At least, that is what happened in my case.

I’m the second owner of this Phone and no one at AT&T could help, in store or online. Most seem to try. I tried a couple unlock services and of the 3 I tried only UNLOCK RIVER succeeded. I highly recommend them.
