Unlock issues

Hello!

I used Unlock service and got an unlock code for my Samsung S6 edge. Inserted another Sim-card (like instruction says) BUT! in the instruction what I've got says that I should used code for "ENTER THE DEVICE UNLOCK CODE", But when I Power my phone it show me next text: SIM Network unlock PIN.

I tried to Used Unlock code for SIM Network unlock PIN, But it's not correct.

Can you help me please, what should I do?)

Thank you

Hello, @aabivan,

Thanks for reaching out. Here are things to know about unlocking your device through AT&T. Was your S6 on an AT&T postpaid plan for sixty days with no past due or unpaid balance or on an AT&T prepaid plan for six months? If it meets that and the other requirements listed in the preceding link, let us know so we can investigate further.

Have a great week.

it’s asking for a sim unlock code better known as a puk code. That needs to be acquired from the network of the sim you installed. Seems your phone unlocked successfully. @lizdance40 dies this sound correct?
