Unlock Code not working
I requested an unlock code for a 3 year old Samsung Note 2. It didnt work. I requested another, that too didnt work. I have requested a third code, this too didnt work. The code is the same each time.
There appears to be no way to reach out for help if such a thing happens. Is there 'anything' I can do to unlock this phone?

I am having the same issue as Bill. I contacted AT&T and have received an unlock code for my Note2, however, it does not unlock my phone. After two failed attempts, I figured I would seek a solution. Please let me know what I can try. I have left you a private message. Thank you in advance for the help!

Please use our instructions on found here for the steps to unlock your device. Please note, if there have been five unsuccessful unlock attempts on a Samsung device it will permanently lock the device.
