Unable to unlock fully-paid phone even after using it for 60 days

I purchased (paid-in-full) a S10+ in the beginning of March on Samsung's official website, and received it on Mar 27. I'm using Cricket wireless, and I put on the SIM card as soon as I got my new phone.

Now I'm travelling abroad and have to switch to another carrier, so I sent a request to unlock my device. However, the request is denied as, "Based on your device purchase date your service has not been active for at least 60 days."

I'm wondering why my request would be denied in this case, as I had been using my deivce daily and without any problems for over 60 days.

because the phone was never used on ATT it was used on cricket which ATT's phone unlock portal does not talk to.
