Trying to port out an inactive Prepaid line

I cant call them, i try to call 611 but it says "emergency calls only." I am behind on payments so that's probably why.
Chat isn't avalable for GoPhone customers
and They don't have an email related to customor service or at least not one I could find. 

I'm switching phone providers and I need my carrier information to port my number

You can't port out an inactive line.  You have to refill with $10 to activate, then call for account number and only then you can port out.

I recently moved and lost track of my account. It must be empty of money and I can't find solution to issue. Don't know where my password etc. is. I can be reached at [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.] which is my new phone number I want to re-activate and add money

@hersheyhouse This is a customer to customer forum, not customer support. No one from ATT will contact you from your post here. Your phone number is what you use to manage your account. As long as your account has not been closed, you should be able to reset your pin. Go here and click the forgot password link: https://www.paygonline.com/websc/loginPage.html. How long has your account balance been empty? If more than 60 days, sorry your account has been closed.
