Just a FYI if your have not applied to get your ear buds you will now get a 130 dollar gift cert.  Samsung ran out of ear buds which is not a surprise.

Uh yea you do get them. Talked to samsung and was told WE DO GET THEM .  Next time try searching a little before you try and mess people hopes up. Again if you pre order with Att you get free galaxy buds or a $130 evoucher from Samsung

At the time of posting ATT told people they were not offered.  Hence why I posted what I did.  ATT never advertised the free buds like they have past offers.

According to a  Samsung Rep, we are still able to receive the buds since we ordered through a carrier and not Samsung ( whom is offering the 130 e-certificate now). samsungchat.JPG

So do I, it looked as if they didnt offer the Samsung buds previously. I just did my pre-order today and clarified with samsung how to redeem. They let me know that only those you ordered on Samsung will get the e-certificate and those who ordered from carriers will still get buds. They allotted a certain amount for distribution.

You do get the free ear buds, from what I read when you get the phone you download the shop samsung app and claim them there. All of the free pairs have been claimed but you get a $130 gift certificate from Samsung that you can use the purchase them.

I did my “tourist” thing in Best Buy yesterday.  The S10e is a sweet little phone!  No more &#!€ curved edge!   It’s the one thing I disliked about the S8 and S9 series.  The S10+ is big.  

If they work as well as they look, Samsung May win back customers.

yeah but reviews are mixed on the s10e.  They say if your getting one to get the exynos EU version and not the USA.

phone delayed till april 10th for delivery even though I pre ordered on the 23rd of February and att wont let me cancel my pre order like do they really expect me to wait 4 weeks for a pre order! but if I cancel it I don't get any of the promotions for the ear buds or for the 100 dollar gift card this company truly lives up to the horrible reviews!

OK , not that easy

 

i have been with you and helped me after long hours of arguing , to st my 2 line just upgrades, yet again 8am to 1030am on calls and run around to do BOGO, and yes i read the fine print , not logged in my account and it states BOGO with new line, then login to my account , there is not there about NEW line

 i explain to loyalty group talked to (RYAN or Ryean MANAGE,  ALEX , Maryann, sales) what i wad going and i was offered $$ for 24 commitment, ok sound good ..not in stock , but i can give you this $$$ and monthly payment on the next..k so why is this more ? game me the run around , but you now want to change my plan for a higher plan? but now the phones are in stock fir this plan..????   but long story short Maryann was the only one who was willing to help .. OHHHH by the way when the rep.. dosent like you they don't note the account cause prior people never put notes in my account..  {if this matters, rushi [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]..so if you really care you try to keep the current (sorry soon to former) customer.. i should not have to do this every 2 years or so to just get phones..
