Hello @Samsung10,
We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into this issue that you're experiencing with text messages and phone calls on your cell phone. Would you kindly provide us with more details of what's going on, so we may further assist you?

Good morning @Samsung10
Thanks for the video link. We're having trouble viewing it.
So, you want to use AT&T Messages Backup & Sync on your S10+, S6 & a tablet? Is the mentioned tablet a Tab?
What exactly are you having trouble doing - Signing in? Sending/Receiving? Are you using the AT&T Secure Family app, or AT&T Mobile Security & Call Protect apps?
Please reply with a few more details about the problem and your devices so we can begin.

No...Samsung has a new feature where you can call & text on separate devices. So if you have a new samsung S6 wifi tablet and its logged in with a Samsung account, you should be able to text from your newer phone (S9 & note 10) that is also linked to a Samsung account...that's it...no AT&T special janky app/service. It's a simple on/off setting on your device. It's just like apple has been for ages with their new phones and ipads.
But, AT&T for some reason has blocked this feature on their phones...most likely because you wont buy an LTE tablet/service with this feature. Please AT&T unlock this feature...its not fair. I've been a loyal customer for many years.

Why? iOS is not a hot mess like android is right now.. Personally having used this tablet its over priced for being a android tablet.

This may not be ideal for you, but Pulse texting app works BEAUTIFULLY with all my Samsungs... Note 10, Tab S6, and Active 2 watch. It's really good!!

Pulse is a poor excuse for a messaging app unless they changed something in the last 3 months.

@GLIMMERMAN76 I’ve used it, it’s pretty bad. I tried several different services and it was one that didn’t make the cut. Android messages or even Textra is better. For the purposes of calling and texting there are so many better options. Say what you will, but messages+ works, and it works on other carriers too.

I am sure messages+ works but I prefer not to use anything the carrier provides.
