Still Waiting on Android 10 One Year Later!

I currently have a Note 10 plus and, I've had it since it was released in August 2019.

The software on my phone is still Android 9 One UI 1.5. I've reached out to AT&T several times about sending me an update and they keep saying that I'm due for an update and I should receive it within 48 hours but, it never happens. Is there any other way that I can get my phone updated without having to go through AT&T?

We can definitely help you with software updates, @Dsoler1977.

Is your Samsung Galaxy Note 10 + AT&T branded? If so the software update is pushed by AT&T OTA.

Are you located in the U.S. with access to AT&T towers? Software updates are not available while your out of the country.

If your device is branded, & you're in the U.S. - we recommend signing in to the AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve tool so we can run tests to fix software update issues. .

Hello, Yes my phone was purchased directly from an AT&T store, I live in Florida & have not been outside of the country.  I will try the AT&T troubleshoot and resolve feature. Thanks.
