the update is rolled out in markets, it can take a few days from launch to get to you.
this way the server is bombarded and when that happens everything is slow or it breaks down and nobody gets it for the time being.
The update has been released, just give it a bit longer, please.

Same here, I want my Iphone back. Went to the store to try to get help, that was a total waste of time. They didn't even look at my phone, just told me to download samsung kies and that i'd have to take my phone to a samsung help center if i had any issues with my phone. I also can't get the at&t live chat to work.

You not rooted are you?? You are using AT&T sim card? If so take to your nearest AT&T store tell them.
