Still have not received S21+ Android 13/One UI 5 update
From what I understand the S21+ Android 13/One UI 5 update has been out for a few days now and I still have not received the update. My phone is an AT&T branded model. Should I be worried that I will not get the update?

Seems like I'm finally downloading the Android 13 update for my S21 Ultra! I hope everyone is able to get it now!

If you still don't have the update press *#8736364# in the dialer and then try to check for update again

@nalvazaz Do you have the SM-G998U or the SM-G998U1? I have the U1 with ATT CSC, and I still don't have the update. Wondering if they are leaving the carrier unlocked version until last (again :( )

OK, thanks. So those of us with the SM-G998U1 are still without the update....back to playing the waiting game.

If you flashed the ATT CSC it may not see the update for the u1 version because it has to come from Samsung. You can also try removing your sim then checking for updates.

Never tried the trick of removing the SIM I'll give it a try. I didn't flash the phone with the ATT CSC, it was dispatched as a carrier unlocked phone for use on the AT&T network, and so it came with the ATT CSC. From what I can tell, AT&T will not enable WiFi calling and some other features without the ATT CSC, so I guess that's why; they may also use some different bands, I know they are not all enabled on every CSC.
I should be able to reflash with any other U or U1 firmware if I really want the update, but it will require a factory re-set, and I don't really want to put the time and effort into backing everything up, downloading the firmware, and re-flashing with Odin; it doesn't look like there's enough in One UI 5 to make it worthwhile, and I would not want to loose WiFi calling, I use it a lot. If it comes to manual reflash, I'll just wait.

Removing the SIM doesn't help. I assume it's looking for firmware for the SM-G998U1 which contains the ATT CSC (an exact match of my existing firmware), which is different from the firmware for the SM-G998U with the ATT CSC, which is different again from the firmware for the SM-G998U1 with the TMB CSC (T-Mobile USA)...and so on.
Only way I get an OTA update is when someone publishes SM-G998U1 with ATT CSC; which just doesn't exist yet for One UI 5.
I have gotten updates for the phone before, so it is a valid firmware combination.
Maybe if people post to say they got the update, they can include the exact model number and the CSC.

In case anyone wants to look up their phone, the list of available firmware is on sammobile, for example, my exact model is here:
https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/galaxy-s21-ultra/firmware/SM-G998U1/ATT/
There are several model/csc combinations for the 998U/U1, and they are all listed here. Some have Android 13 (One UI 5), and some do not. This one does not, it's still on 12.

According to thus link
https://forums.att.com/conversations/samsung/still-have-not-received-s21-android-13one-ui-5-update/6377a73cbf18627a7a7ba747
ATT released a security update in October. My security patch is from August 1st. I also haven't received Android 13 or the new UI. My Samsung tablet received the update and my wife's S22 Ultra also did.
The only thing I can think of is something happened when I switched from Verizon to ATT in August (since that's the last time my phone updated). But that doesn't make sense because the S22 Ultra and Samsung tablet came from Verizon at the same time.
I manually checked for update and reset my phone.
Any suggestions?
