Software updates

I bought my s20 ultra back in March or April. It had February sccurity patch on it at the time. I have received no software updates, even when I check for them. I have sufficient storage and gave used wifi and cellular data. I need updates because my work apps don't work on my phone due to expired security patch level. I've call customer support and had them send me updates, but never received them. I need help with this.

To better assist, we want to know:

  • is your galaxy S20 Ultra AT&T branded or manufacturer unlocked
  • other than software updates, what other difficulties are you having with the device.

Please try to manually download the latest software version for your device to see if it resolves the error. Also use our troubleshooting tool here to find out why you are not automatically getting the updates.
