Software Update Release Notes - Detailed Information non-existent

I have looked everywhere I can think of to find the release notes/list of changes, for software updates. I found nothing on the ATT website, on my device I can only choose to update, searching the web provides no results, etc.. Having switched from another provider that provided a link that detailed all of this out, I am very wary of just updating my device and adding features when I have no idea what those features are, what security or other features are being added, what support might be dropped, etc.. Almost as if we should just blindly trust that this will be a good update. I find it similar to the idea of clicking a box for a ToS or Privacy Policy, and having no link or mechanism to read through the ToS or Privacy Policy.

AT&T has always been vague about what is in their updates.  Unlike all other carriers.  That's because everyone else sends out updates to phones from the manufacturer's update servers.  In the case of Samsung, they push the firmware even if it's for specific carriers like T-Mobile and Verizon.  So, they usually see the full list of what's in an update.

But not AT&T.  Samsung sends updates to AT&T and AT&T (after their "testing" period) pushes out the updates to their customer's phones directly.  That's why you have to be an AT&T customer with an active AT&T SIM to get updates on an AT&T branded Samsung.

BTW, there's really no reason to not let any update happen.  At the very least, any new updates will give you more security protection than you had before the update.  It's not like they take away security fixes with an update.

Quite often I notice that people encounter software bugs. Often this is due to the use of pirated versions of such software or due to flaws in the program. I was once told that at https://yellow.systems/blog/how-to-create-an-instant-messaging-app, you can read about custom instant messaging app. I think you can find all sorts of information concerning the software here.
