Software update is interrupt. No software update for your device

That message is repeating on my phone every time I check for new software update on June 2023

Not enough information. If you are outside the USA or not using AT&T for service, your phone will not get software updates as they are only available directly through AT&T servers to existing customers, in the USA.

What are you talking about? Of course, I'm a att wireless customer in USA since 1990.

Hi JPV293, we're here to help with your system update

If you haven't already, check your current software info and for any available updates by navigating to Notification bar>Settings icon>About phone>Software info.

To check for updates: Settings screen> Software update> Check for updates

Ensure that:

  1. You are in the U.S. and on our wireless network to update the device's software.
  2. You have a fully charged battery.
  3. Wi-Fi is required.
  4. Have enough space for the download.

Heads up: If the software does not match the new version details; perform additional updates until it does.

We hope this helps! We are here if you have additional questions. Thank you for reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums!

Same on mine. There are posts all over the internet about this issue with AT&T locked phones. You have many people out there in this same situation. Factory resets and clearing cache partition do nothing. When is this issue going to be fixed?
