SIM card not provisioned
I just got my phone and inserted the SIM card and it keeps saying SIM card not provisioned emergency calls this is the only phone I have to call and I can't make a call so how can I fix that?

You can go to an AT&T store.
Other ideas to make phone calls:
Use pay phones
Borrow a phone
Get a free google voice account and make calls with wifi either with your cell phone or computer
