Set up and Transfer App not available in Jamaica

I recently got a Samsung Galaxy J7 prime from my aunt who got it from the US. She had been using it and I decided to start a fresh so I factory reset the phone ,now it is asking me to transfer the content on my old phone go it.However, I am unable to do so because because when I try to download the transfer app off Google it is saying app not available in my country (Jamaica). I would like to know what else I can do to remedy the situation.Also I am very upset that I cannot download the app because AT&T devices are used right around the globe so I do not understand why the app is not available in my country.

Hello,

That phone was sold through AT&T, so it has the transfer app built in for convienence in transferring phone to phone for customers, especially when mailed to home directly form online or over the phone interaction. Being that you’re out of the U.S., you can simply click skip on the setup part to get to the main screen of the phone and access the playstore to get a comparable transfer app (like “Copy My Data” as one example).
