SAMSUNG UNLOCKING ISSUES ON A PHONE REPLACEMENT
I have been dealing with this issue for the last 2 weeks. I have submitted now 3 cases through att’s “BACK OFFICE” to get my phone unlocked. The phone was replaced by Samsung’s warranty replacement program: assurant. The phone was replaced back in 2016 and installments have been paid off since October 2018.
I keep getting responses saying that there is no unlock code for this device, but when I input another carriers sim, it still requires a network unlock code. WHAT CAN I DO? I consistently am getting denied one way or another for reasons that I have answered and shown documentation for. IM VERY DISSAPPOINTED FOR THIS RUNAROUND THAT COST ME 2 WEEKS OF MY TIME.
PLEASE SOMEONE ADVISE ?!
