Samsung TV offer - still waiting
I recently took advantage of the Add a line, Buy a Samsung, Get a free tv for Wireless and Directtv customers. At the time of purchase I was assured, the tv would arrive 4 - 6 weeks. Not feeling like this would "just happen", I asked more than once, if anything in addition needed to be filled out, input, or linked me to the tv offer. The answers were, no it will happen automatically because the system sees you purchased the phone and added a line.
I'm still waiting, nervously. Anyone else?

Thanks for this information. As explained, sales at the AT&T store were not well informed and unable to provide satisfactory information relating as to how a "free TV" was going to appear at my doorstep. I finally felt the need to ask around. The only reason we added a line at this time was to take advantage of the offer. If I miss it, I'm not going to be pleased with a certain AT&T location.

I am a 75 year old retiree and recently purchased a Samsung S7 in anticipation of receiving a free 48" Samsung Smart TV. I purchased the S7 on April 14, 2016, complied with all the terms uand conditions. I have not, after spending hours on the phone with AT&T customer service, received a satifactory answer as to why Samsung is not in receipt of confirmatin, from AT&T, that my account is in good standing. Until such confirmation is received, Samsung will not ship the TV. I have expeirenced such frustration with AT&T, that I am seriously considering XFINITY. I have been a customer of AT&T for more than 15 years and my payments are collected directly from my checking account ergo an account in good standing. For those of you who are considering becomming an AT&T customer, you may want to rethink that move.

I am also having issues with this. I followed the instructions exactly. I got a message that stated my IEMI was unable to be verified and was forced to submit an appeal even though my device is eligible and I met all the requirements. I followed those instructions exactly as well. It stated it would take 6-8 weeks for the appeal to be complete. To date my submission states "under review" It has been over 8 weeks. I have contacted prizelogic multiple times and received a generic response that stated to view the terms and conditions to answer my questions. I have recently contacted an ATT social media manager and I am awaiting that response.

This is a horrible promotion. I have contacted Samsung, they said to contact prizelogic . I called them they said i have to contact samsung. So ATT this is your promotion what is going on .

I have contacted an ATT social media mangager already. She attempted the help the best she could. I was told that this is a Samsung promotion that is being handled by Prizelogic. Unfortunately Prizelogic is terrible. They ignore emails and the wat times for phone calls are absurd. Even if you do wait all you get is a generic reply. Tomorrow will be sixty days since the day I filled out my form. Mine still states it is "under review" I understand that this is a Samsung promotion, but it was offered in partnership with ATT. I agree it is time for ATT to step in and get things going in the right direction for this.

According to the terms of service you have the chance to provide corrected additional information. This was taken from the Samsung Promotions website.
"You will receive an email stating why your submission was rejected and steps to resubmit. Resubmissions must be completed within 30 days from the date the rejection email was sent or no later than July 30, 2016, whichever is first. If you do not receive this email, please complete the form on the Customer Support page here. Emails will be sent by noreply@prizelogic.com so please make sure spam filters are not blocking emails about the submission."

I am having similar issues with this promotion. I contacted @ATTMobilityCare. I was able to get in touch with a rep who attempted to help. Maybe if enough people contact ATT they will be able to do more with these issues. I was told that the promotion is in the hands of Samsung. While I understand that, I find it hard to believe that ATT does not have the ability to be more involved with this. After all they are the company that we are doing business with. I would suggest that you send a PM to ATT and also look into your appeal process. At this point you don't to give them a resason to decline your appeal.

I am also still waiting for me TV. Samsung says that my claim is in review and is waiting for AT&T to validate my claim. When I contact Samsung they sent me to prizelogic, priozelogics telephone message clearly states that they are no longer handling Samsung promotions.
Can we get a gift certific or something to use as bill credit or to buy our own tvs?

Same exact problem. Bought a S7 on ATT Next, with new wireless service and current ATT Uverse service, got a rejection email from Samsung/Prizelogic saying I didn't have an S7 on ATT next. Contacted to complain, 2 weeks with no response. Beyond POed. The free TV was part of the reason I switched, the other reason being the "Up to $650 back" promotion. Guess what? Registered for that promo too, submitted the claim forms, and NOTHING. ATT, you need to do better. I'm tempted to cut my losses, cancel ALL of my ATT services, and take the hit on paying for the phones and sell them on Craigslist to recoup the cost. I really don't appreciate being lied to.

Well I did receive the TV this past week. So...frustrating as it may be, the TV is great, wish AT&T would've done a better job of providing guidance before purchase, the Samsung S7 serves it's purpose, increased monthly bill due to "must add a line" doesn't seem fair.
Hope everyone else gets the TV and satisfaction in the end. If you're not getting satisfaction I'm one that thinks it all goes back to the point of sale and poor explanation of the promo offered.
