Samsung S4 upgrade now email won't respond

I upgraded my phone this morning, now there is a lag in pulling up my email and it constantly says email is not responding.  I don't have gmail or yahoo, it's my work email.

Thanks for reaching out. We apologize for the negative experience.  It looks like you mentioned your work email. Is your work email set up on your stock email application? Have you done any troubleshooting yet? Please try this. A soft reset. Power off the device, remove the battery for two minutes, and replace it. Power back on.  Let us know if this helps. ^Jake

Same problem with me.  Upgraded last night and now can't access either work email or Yahoo email.  I can use the Yahoo app, so not too worried about that, but I need work email.  Any fix or suggestions yet?  BTW, my work requires that I use the built-in encryption.  Would this be the source of the problem since Knox was upgraded?

knox could be part of the problem.

 

try using the new gmail 5.0 you can add corp email accounts now.  Actually this will be the only email client on android after lollipop is rolled out.
