Samsung S22 Speakers make an Annoying Crackling/Static Noise
My new S22 has been giving me problems with all of the speakers, they make a crackling noise whenever music, ringtone, alerts, or when I talk on the phone. This usually happens when I arrive in another city by plane, I turn my airplane mode off and my service looks to be normal until the speakers are used. This lasts up to 1-2hrs and the phone seems to work fine until I travel by plane again. Has anyone ran into this problem? I see quite a few people on Samsung forums with the same issues. Samsung had me go to UBREAKIFIX twice now and they found out there is an issue with my MIC and error downloading packets. And Samsung wants me to send the phone in to them (purchased through them) and for me to ask ATT for a loaner phone while they inspect/repair or replace the S22!! Any fixes will be appreciated!

The warranty is 1 year. You should not have gone through insurance.
Warranty coverage is 1 year from the date of sale or 90 days whichever is longer. Since the flip 4 came out in august, you were still covered under warranty until August of 2023 at the very minimum.

If warranty folks think phone was damaged vs malfunction, it is not covered plus could take up to 2 weeks to determine. I use my phone for work & have been impacted past 4 weeks. Can't be w/o it another 2 weeks. I tried You Break it, we fix it both times but they can't fix zflip4.

I fixed the crackling speakers issue of my SAMSUNG S22 by cutting a small part (1mm is enough) from the grey rubber gasket in the SIMCARD support. This let the pressure balance inside the phone. The problem is definitely FIXED.
Of course I would avoid to drop the phone in a swimming pool now.

My husband and I both have this exact same problem with our 22s. We get the same run around (Edited per community guidelines) answers that you're getting. We travel a lot and from day two that we had the phones, it has had this problem every time we travel. Beyond frustrating. Super irritating that we switched from Verizon to save 10 bucks a month only to have this problem. Not worth it.
We are currently on a trip and are experiencing this problem. We cannot use our phones because of this problem. Our phones' software says it's up to date. We tried all their fixes and nothing. They already replaced my first 22 that had this problem. They put me into a new 22 (my first 22 was brand bew too, only 2 days old) and it too has the same issue. Problem has still not been reaolved.
Hoping that AT&T resolves this issue soon or switches us into&n(Edited per community guidelines)p; phones that don't have this issue.
