Samsung s10 updates
Why does it take so long to get the updates Samsung puts out? I have the s10+, just bought a tab s5e. Samsung put out an update to the s10's at the 19th of April to allow continuity between phone and tablet but we dont have it yet.

Because there is a 3 to 4 week lag between the Samsung releasing a update and carriers deploying a update.

Hi, @Sixrulers,
We'd love to help with this. Here are things to know about software updates through AT&T. Look over the requirements. If your device meets them, when the update is available and provided to AT&T, your device should receive it shortly thereafter.
Have a great week!

Why is there such a lag. I'm coming from iPhone where you got it the day it was released. There's no good reason to hold it back. Samsung needs to rework their deals to allow direct updates. This is dumb.

Lol because Android is open source and each carrier adds stuff. But then again Samsung updates it's unlocked phones last anyway. Apple is a closed system.

@mhewprc5012 You must be on the ATT network to get updates on ATT branded devices. You will not get any updates for your ATT branded phone unles you are n the US and on the ATT network
