Samsung S10 not updating
I have a Samsung S10 bought in March 2019 and ever since then there's been no new update that I received. The phone is running on Android 9 and One UI 1.1. I'm currently in the US and on active AT&T coverage.

I had a S10+ that would not update. Ended up flashing new firmware with Odin

In the end I learned that my new to me phone had a repair record where it was deemed not economic to repair. Maybe that is why it wasn't updating?
