When will the phones be available for purchase?

Online pre-order begins on August 6, 2020. It will also be available for purchase online and in-store starting August 21, 2020.

Does the Note20 5G still have a headphone jack?

No, the headphone jack (3.5mm) is not available for the Note20 and Note20 Ultra 5G. Wired headphones (USB-C) are included with the device. Another option are wireless headphones, like Galaxy Buds, which can be purchased separately.

Yes, both phones are 5G capable. However, a wireless plan with 5G access is needed to connect to the 5G network. Otherwise, the device will use 4G LTE, 4G, or 3G network. Also, AT&T 5G is now nationwide & all Unlimited plans include 5G access at no extra cost.

The Samsung Note20 5G and Note 20 Ultra 5G are rated IP68, meaning that they can withstand splashes, spills, and rain. They are also water-resistant in up to 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes.

What is the difference between the Galaxy Note and Galaxy S series?

The main difference is that the Galaxy Note has the S-Pen. This allows you to make handwritten notes & sketch ideas on or off the screen and then save them. There are also differences in screen size, battery life, colors, and memory.

What is the difference between the Galaxy Note10 and Note20?

In other words until I want the extra speed I can stay on the Unlimited plus plan until I ready to move up to 5G if I get a note 20. It will just be 4G LTE.
