Samsung Note 10+ Not Charging on Wireless Fast Charger

Received the Samsung Wireless Fast Charger cradle with my Note 10+ when the Note 10+ first came out.  Worked perfect.............as did the fast charger in my 2018 Ford Expedition............until about a week to 10 days ago..  Turned the phone off & restarted.  Turned the "Fast Wireless Charging" on & off a few times.  One night the Samsung charger worked.............and did for a few nights.  Now neither the Samsung wireless charger or the vehicle fast charger work.  The Samsung wired charger still works on the phone.  As you can probably tell, I am VERY MUCH a 70-year old novice with these phones.  Any ideas?

Samsung may warranty the charger or phone. 

Wireless charging is software and Hardware related. I don't recall hearing any software updates that disabled wireless charging. 

It's not clear from your post is wireless charging is ON

"Fast Wireless Charging" is ON under Setting/Device Care/Battery/Charging.  However, when mounted on either the Samsung wireless fast charging cradle or the vehicle's fast charging tray the phone does not begin charging.

Is there any chance you recently changed cases to one that does not form its wireless charging? If the case is too thick or has a magnetic back, that does interfere with wireless charging. If that is not the case I would look in to see if you can warranty your phone. The phone not connecting with either wireless charger would indicate the problem is with the phone and not with the two different Chargers.

No new case..............same case I got when I received the wireless fast charger from Samsung.  Took the phone to local AT&T store this afternoon............happened to have a Samsung rep there at the time.  They couldn't find anything wrong so suggested I call 1-800-SAMSUNG for customer service.  I have 2 weeks left on the warranty!!  Said to take to authorized repair shop, so I did..........UFIXIT!!  They kept it for 2 hours, ran all sorts of diagnostics..........said they could not find a problem..........and the phone charged on three different wireless chargers they had in the shop!!  UNBELIEVABLE!!  Put the phone back in my Ford wireless charger...............and it began charging........same when I got home and put it back on the cradle!!  You got me..  I have no idea.  If something wrong, I hope it reappears within the next couple of weeks to remain on warranty..  Thanks for your comments/suggestions.

The only thing I can think is that maybe you aren't placing the phone in the correct place to connect battery with the battery charger.   🤷🏼‍♀️

Another good guess, but since I'd been charging it correctly for about a year, I've ruled that out.  I'm with you.....who knows!??

Well, the good fortune did not last.............returned to UBREAKIFIX today.  Thankfully, the "issue" happened for them as well...........charger works fine, but my Note 10+ would not charge.  Samsung is issuing a UPS shipping label for return to Repair Center....could be an issue with mother board.
