Samsung Glaxy S9

My phone is having issues. It keeps saying “No Sim” I can’t do anything on it and my local store is saying they are closed. What can I do?

Thanks for reaching out. If you haven't yet, restart your S9 to see if that helps it make a fresh connection to the network. If it doesn't help, you can order a replacement SIM card online.

You can order a SIM card for a device on a postpaid account here, and order a replacement SIM card for a prepaid device here.
