Samsung Galaxy S9 Android 9 (one ui) update

My phone still has not received an update for Android 9. I check for software updates daily, phone says current software is up to date (obviously it's lying). I have connected my phone to a PC and run SmartSwitch. It shows no update either. Any way I can update manually?

Just a couple basic questions...

 

Is your phone an AT&T branded phone (bought from AT&T)?

 

Or is it an unlocked phone?

 

I assume you are at least on the AT&T network.

 

Branded phones on the AT&T network got the update months ago. Unbranded, unlocked phones, no matter what network they are on, were going to have to wait until after all carriers updated their locked phones first.  I don't know when that will be.

 

If your phone is branded, then an AT&T customer service rep might need to push it to your IMEI number.

Yes, I purchased my phone from AT&T. My husband's phone updated in February, but mine has not yet. So, I need to call customer service?
