Samsung Galaxy S8 Active Software Update Problem

My S8 Active is still on Baseband version G892AUCS2ARA1 from an update in the beginning of 2018. There has been another security update and also an  Android Oreo (8.0) update for my phone for almost two months now, but I have yet to recieve either of these updates. I have done everything, checked software update in phone settings and also hooked up my phone to Smart Switch on my Mac. They all say my software update is updated, when it isn't. My device is stock and not rooted, please help.

It is my understanding you are having issues getting a software update.  We understand the need to have the latest version of the software.  I will be happy to offer my assistance.


Please access our AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool.  To ensure you receive the most robust experience, we will ask you to log in with your user ID and password.  Once you have successfully signed on, scroll down to Device/software issues > select Software update and follow the on screen instructions.
