Samsung Galaxy S7 stuck in bootloop

My Samsung Galaxy S7 (SM-G930A) has been stuck in a bootloop for days now. When I try to boot it normally, it'll get to the Samsung logo splash screen then suddenly restart again. When I try to enter recovery mode (power+home+up volume), it'll do the exact same except with the "recovery booting...." screen. It will do this until the battery dies on its own. When I plug it back in to the charger, an empty battery with the power symbol will appear on the screen and remain unchanged for around five minutes. Then it will jump straight into looping the boot screen of whatever mode I last tried to access before the battery died.

I can get it to enter download mode (power+home+down volume) normally, but that's it.

I'm not sure how to fix this...? Should I take it to an AT&T store? Contact Samsung? Something else (preferably)? Any help is appreciated, thank you.
