Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Reception
I seem to be having reception issues with my S7 Edge, regardless of location (i.e. Outside or in my home). I Have had this phone replaced 4 times due to other issues with the device. And I've factory reset them as well. None of these options have corrected the low(1-2 signal bar) signal strength. I'm using a Micro-cell at home, in which ironically, I'm still only at 2 bars in my home. I've called multiple times and all I get is that I may be in a bad service area. Which is highly unlikely as I live in the capital of Ohio. (Columbus)

How long has this been happening for? If you provide us your ZIP Code, we would be happy to investigate what you’ve been informed of by our phone agents.
Have you had any success using Wi-Fi Calling at your home?
We have many steps you may try on our Online Troubleshooting Tool, however it sounds like you’ve likely already extensively tried these kinds of steps due to the number of replacements and factory resets you’ve already attempted.
This would leave a problem with the network being a likely culprit, which we would be happy to look into!
