Samsung Galaxy note 8

Hello good afternoon my name is Mercedes Dupree and i'm having trouble using my phone its not allowing me to make calls or receive calls every time i get ready to dial out its telling me not registered on network and im not sure why it keeps telling me that because my phone bill was paid for 2/1/20

Please let us know whether you are on PREPAID, or a postpaid account. Also, let us know what device you're using. Have you made any recent changes to your device or account? This can range from changing SIM cards, to changing a plan on your account. The first thing is to make sure your SIM card is in good condition, and perfectly slotted into your device.
