Samsung Galaxy J3A unlock code not working
I requested and received an unlock code for my Samsung Galaxy J3A, which is fully paid off and not under contract, but the code fails to authorize the device. I checked and double checked the IMEI number I submitted, even having someone else make sure I was reading it correctly, and likewise with the unlock code I was sent. I followed the directions by turning off the phone, putting in another carrier's SIM, and entering the unlock code into the prompt that came up when I turned it back on, but it just won't unlock. I also tried entering it with a long numeric code beginning with *# (I forget exactly what it was) into the dial pad, which also failed to authorize the unlock. At this point I only have 2 attempts remaining before my phone is locked permanently. What can I do to unlock my phone??
