samsung galaxy express prime screen issues
I got this phone around a month ago, put a case on it, and haven't dropped it once. But a few days after I got it, a scratch/shallow crack appeared on the screen. moe and more appeared, no matter how careful I was with it. This morning the whole screen is unresponsive and pixelated. Is this covered by any warranties?

I understand how disappointing it is when the first crack in your screen appears. I dropped my previous phone and the tiny crack grew until the screen was unusable. I would be happy to help you today.
All Physical and liquid damage will void most warranty’s. This includes scratches and cracks on the screen. There are a few possibilities which can cause a screen to crack even though the phone was not dropped. These include, extreme temperatures, sudden temperature changes, or from pressure from being confined too tightly in a case or jeans.
If you have insurance you would be eligible to make an insurance claim. The insurance company is offering Screen Replacement in many US cities which carries a lower deductible than completely replacing the device. Please start the claim process here.

The other day I accidentally shut my phone in the car door. It's a samsung galaxy express prime. Everything is still working. I can receive called and texts but my screen is black.I have tried taking the battery out and holding the power button for two minutes and that didn't do anything. Is there anything I can do other then get a new screen?

My screen will come on my problem is that the touch is unresponsive is there a way to reboot or reset the touch screen? I cant even power the phone off i have to disconnect the battery. PLEASE help with any ideas.
