Samsung Galaxy 8+ Not Prompting for Unlock Code
I have requested and received the unlock code; however, my phone does not prompt for the code when I insert the Straight Talk sim card. I can send and receive calls but I have issues with messages. Can anyone help me? Why is it not prompting me to insert the code?

Because straight talk uses att for there service. A locked att phone will work on straight talk without being unlocked. Make sure your apn is entered correctly for straight talk. To unlock without a sim put this number in your phone dialer #7465625*638*#

Is it possible to used a locked at&t galaxy s8+ on straight talk? I've been getting told that it needs to be unlocked for that.
