s8 touch screen

i just got my phone and i cracked it a few days later like a day after that the touch screen just will not respond to my touch the fingerprint scanner will but since i restarted my phone it wont let my in because it needs my password which it wont let me do

This is a customer populated Community forum. AT&T does not repair phones.


If you have broken your phone screen, then you will need to get it replaced. If you have insurance contact Asurion. If you don't Google cell phone repair, and take it to a location near you where they can replace your screen for you.

@lizdance40 i get at&t does not repair phones but i'm asking if their is a simple solution i can use with out buying a screen
