S8 Preorder
Hello, this may be a dumb question but I've never pre-ordered with AT&T before. I pre-ordered 2 S8's and I'm trying to figure out why one phone has been showing Preparing to Ship and the other has never changed from In Progress when they were ordered at the same time. Any ideas?

The shipping will stay that way until 2 days before the official release date when it should show "shipped ". So it arrives on release day.
Since release is April 21, nothing will change till the 19th
