Let's look into what could be going on with your phone's reception while you're on a call. We like to know more about your experience.
If you haven't already tried, we recommend to power your device completely off then back on again. This action usually corrects minor errors and allows the phone to run efficiently.
Also, if you're at home, make sure that your device is using cellular rather than Wi-Fi Calling.
