S7 edge android 7.1.1?

Thank you for your interest in the newest update for the S7 Edge! Currently, the most recent update is 7.0.  So far 7.1.1 is in the works and being planned. I do apologize however, I wasn’t able to locate any specific timeframes for the release.

I understand waiting for the newest update isn’t the greatest thing, however ensuring the update will release with as little issues as possible and resolve any previous issues 7.0 users may be experiencing is one of the top priorities for newer updates.

they just released 7.0 if I had to guess mid summer. and they may wait for 7.1.2

nah all the beta testing was done on 7.0 so I knew that is what they were going with.

Here it is AT&T, a year and three months later,  my Galaxy s7 edge is still at Android 7.0. My Galaxy tablet is running 7.1.1, what's up with that?

A year and three months later and my Galaxy s7 edge is still at Android 7.0 where is our update? My Galaxy tablet is running 7.1.1, come on!

Samsung never went beyond 7.0 unless the device was released with it.
