S4 With 2 issues. Losing Network and Unable to detect SIM.
So I've done the resets, wipes, safemodes, etc........I've only had the phone Since Febuary and have had the Sim Issue for the past 3 months and the network issues for the past 2 months.
What are the chances of getting a replacement phone? If so can I get a different model phone on the next plan?
Thank You.

My S4 was doing the same thing. Had to contact Samsung and send it in. They replaced the "Main Board" under warranty and returned the phone within a week. It's been fine eversince.

Hi CGinSacto,
Thanks for reaching out. We apologize for the negative experience. Did these start to happen after a recent application download or update? Here are some steps you can try. Power off the device, remove the battery for two minutes, and replace it. Power back on. After you complete this try testing again.
If there is no change then proceed to a run the device in safe mode for 2-4 hours. Here are the steps: http://bit.ly/1yK7xEK. While in safe mode try testing some calls. While in safe mode the device will not load any third party applications. This will help you to narrow down possible causes. To exit safe mode just reboot the device.
If safe mode does not work please back up the device with Kies: http://www.samsung.com/us/kies/. Here are the backup steps : http://bit.ly/1f6qcyQ. Then complete a factory reset : http://bit.ly/1mw41Yf.
If these steps do not solve the problem please let us know. ^Jake

Jake,
I've done all those steps. There was some kind of update from Samsung or AT&T that was pushed out a bit ago and ever since its had this problem. I have seen countless postings about this issue and would like a new phone. As a mater of fact, I want the Note4 and I'll pay the difference.
