Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. Could you please check to ensure that you are connected to a WiFi network and that your has a strong mobile data signal?
If you're not strongly connected your phone may not be receiving them. Also, please go to Messages>Menu>Settings>Auto Retrieve, and ensure that this function is enabled.

Are they MMS from other AT&T subscribers or from another carrier?
Do you have cellular data turned off? You won't get MMS images with it off. Even if wifi is on.

I am having the same issue. called 611, technical guy was great, cleared cache on messaging app, and forced stop/restarted phone, and it worked TWICE while we tested it, with direct download of a picture, and a group message....and now POOF. Does not work again. So frustrating.
