S24 advanced messaging not working

In the last week none of the Galaxy s24/s24+ in our family has shown read or delivered receipts. I have tried resetting the phones, turning on and off the advanced messaging feature, and clearing cache. Any tips?

We hear you, and will help you regarding your advanced messaging concern.

Please go through the below-mentioned steps in order to resolve your issue.

Navigate to Messages > More > Settings > Advanced Messaging and make sure read status is enabled.


Also, clear the thread between you and your contact and start a new one as previous messages sent and received before the update may be affected.


Check whether Enhanced LTE Services is enabled by navigating to Settings > Data usage > Mobile data Enhanced LTE Services.
