Expected shipping dates are based on the time that you ordered the device, where you are on the list of orders, and whether sufficient inventory is on hand for the time being.

Inventory ships once additional supply is received at the warehouse and can explain why your order was updated to a date sooner than the original anticipated dates when you first placed the order.

Once your order ships you will receive an email that will include tracking information. Yes and yes. 

Although FedEx has been known for iffy service in the past 3 years.

Pre-ordered my S23 Ultra through Samsung and just received a message from them that it will be delivered on 2/14.

I pre-ordered through myAT&T and it says it will be shipped by March 8, 2023...I'm not waiting for 4 weeks!

Just checked my tracking info (from Samsung) and it looks like mine will arrive tonight. 

I pre-ordered mine on Monday 2/13 and my order status says "We hit a snag, your order is on hold" is that normal? 

I got the same "we hit a snag" message. I pre ordered the S23 Ultra on 2/10 with delivery on the 16th. Then got the notification that it would ship on the 17th. Now it says estimated ship date the 24th. But I've read that the actual ship date is March 8. What's causing the delay? 

Received my S23 Ultra on Wednesday. She's a beauty. Added glass and protective cover.
