S23 Ultra connectivity issues

I recently traded in my phone (S10+) for the promo $1000 off and got the S23 Ultra. Since I activated the phone, the cellular data is not working and keeps disconnecting every 2 minutes. The 5G+ speed is really slow does't go beyond 100Mbs. My co-worker has T-Mobile 5G speed is exceeding 600Mbs. I called Att support, they couldn't help me get it fixed. I tried every setting and trick, no chnace. I stopped by an Att store today and told them my issue and said that many peolpe came in to report that their S23 is not working properly on Cellualr data. Any help?

Poor cellular connectivity on your new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is something we want to look into for you, Salute555.

Let's meet in a Direct Message (DM) to go over that trend you're experiencing on your new phone. There will be a notification in the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums page.

In the meantime, you will want to use our network coverage viewer to check coverage in your area. Network trends, including dropped calls, failed call attempts, and poor call quality can occur for a number of reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Gaps in network coverage
  • A geographic obstruction, such as a mountain
  • A type of building construction

To minimize connectivity trends, we constantly monitor and optimize our network to deliver the best possible wireless service. These topics and others are covered under "Signal Loss - Is It Us or Something Else?" at Dropped Calls & Low Signal - Technical Support From The AT&T Community.

Make sure to keep an eye out for that message we will be sending in the DM. Whatever's impacting cellular coverage for your device we want to look into it so that we can get you a definite resolution to your experience.

Recently *last couple days my s23 ultra has been going into 5ge constantly and when that happens I have zero internet service at all. Seems to has been happening more after the 2.4gb and 680mb updates have been done

We are new to AT&T (last 3 or 4 months), new to S23 Ultra.  People can't hear me they say it sounds like I'm in water, calls cut in and out constantly no matter where I am. It continues to get worse.  I'm to the point that unless I'm on wifi calling at home I can't use my phone.  This doesn't happen to my husband, he has a new S23+and he is on the same account AND the same areas.  This is rediculous we pay too much for me not to be able to call on my phone unless I'm at home.  Good Grief :(

I am having a data issue with my unlocked S23 Ultra, I can barley stream anything. I tried a bunch of stuff and still nothing, I am paying a lot of money for nothing, at this point I am ready to go back to Verizon.

My issue is that the network will be entirely dropped, nothing at the top except the bars. Only fix is a restart or a toggle on/off airplane mode to relaunch the mobile network initializers, very clearly a software/firmware bug that should be addressed or you need to refund for defective products

Same here. Went from s22 ultra on Verizon cause AT&T was supposedly better. Paying for the highest data package and still so many issues that I am seriously missing my Verizon service. Have constant issues despite showing all bars and 5G. What gives?
