S20 Stuck on August Update
After six contacts with AT&T, I thought I would come to the forum. I asked AT&T for a warranty replacement because none of the diagnostic procedures would get my S20 to update. Should I just take this device to an AT&T store to get it exchanged?
AT&T phone and chat help is absolutely no help at all. I wish now I would have never left T-mobile.

Or locate a samsung experience service location, they can flash the at&t update.
