s Health app; Forgot Password

When Galaxy updated the s health app appeared and it asks for a password; it does not recognize any password I put in; there is no "I forgot my password"  what am I doing wrong?

Hi @ucjusa

 

I’d be happy to help! Go to www.samsung.com/us/support/account and click “Log In Here” under “Already have a Samsung Account?” Find “Forgot your password?” and as you click on it, a pop-up window where you can enter your email address appears. Enter your e-mail address and reenter your e-mail address for confirmation. Once you select the submit button in the same window, you will receive an email with a temporary password to your email address.

I have the same problem and tried that solution, but I know my password for my Samsung account and can log into the link posted above with no problem. However, that password does not work for S Health. I have a couple years of data I don't want to delete via a reset. What can I do?
