Return my Cellphone

I send you my cellphone and you did not give me my credit on my new cellphone.  You claim I didn't return the cellphone within 30 days of receiving my new cellphone but you kept my cellphone for free.  I want my cellphone back.  By keeping my cellphone you honored your contract but I didn't get credit toward my new cellphone.  Please return my cellphone because your policy doesn't give you the right to keep my cellphone.   Theresa Rogers

This is a customer populated Community forum. I can tell you that AT&T doesn't have your phone and never did. Phones that are mailed in start at the post office are picked up by Pitney Bowes, and then go to a third party business called HYLA mobile which is in Tennessee. If you have proof that your phone was put in the mail before 30 Days (counter receipt from the post office, or tracking information) then use that proof and file a Better Business Bureau complaint.

No matter what your phone is not returnable.
