I don't know how to get my request number to unlock my Samsung Galaxy a10e phone, can you follow me on a step by step guide for me.

To get started, we'd like to know a bit more:

  • Have you already submitted a unlock request using the Device Unlock Portal
  • Has your device met all Eligibility Requirements? And was the request approved or denied?
  • Was the cellphone purchased through AT&T or a 3rd-party retailer? And have you completed either 60 days postpaid or 6 months prepaid wireless service with AT&T?
