Received 2 of 3 s23 ultras. 3rd is in pre-order limbo?

I pre-ordered three Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultras on 2/2.  Two if the three arrived on 2/13.  The third one still says its expected to ship on 2/16?  It's the 22nd and I'm leaving the state for two weeks tomorrow. I really wanted to take it with me and it has still not even shipped. Any clue when my phone will actually ship or arrive?  So frustrating, thought pre-ordering the phone would ensure I'd get it before it was available in store. This is the first and probably the last time I pre-order phones from AT&T. This is very frustrating.

Hello Gunmucker, we understand that you're wanting to know to the status of your pre-order and when it will be shipped. 

 

Your device may have been back ordered due to it not currently being in stock. Back ordered devices will ship out as soon as they're available again, but shipments are dependent on the stock of the device.

 

We do our best to make sure we have enough to ship out, but sometimes the popularity and demand can outweigh the supply.

 

The shipping date is just an estimate. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email at the email address on file. See Wireless order details when you visit check your order status.

 

Please be mindful that:

  • You’ll get a confirmation email when your order ships. 
  • Pre-ordered devices ship on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Back ordered devices ship when they're available.

I can't really accept this as a solution. I received an email stating that my shipping has been delayed until March 8th to March 15th. I understand you're having issues with supply and would be mostly okay with that, but.... I checked my order status and it says that my order was canceled! I called Customer Support and they say that they show the order in progress... When I check my order status, it still says canceled! Which is it? This seems very unorganized and is  frustrating beyond belief. Now I don't even know if I'm getting what I ordered at all.
